✔️ Return Shipping Costs
If you received free shipping on your initial order, return shipping costs to our Paris warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to:

✔️ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
✔️ Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of the parcel at the time of delivery, an additional fee of €15 will be applied to cover administrative and return processing costs.
Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel to our Paris warehouse.
